We hand craft small-batches of artisanal spirits utilizing a mid-19th century fermentation and distillation process. We manufacturer moonshine, rum, vodka, gin, and bourbon using local grains and local talent. All of our different products have a unique story and tie to the state of Nevada.

OUR PROCESS-
Our mid-19th century process is not an efficient process by any means, but for us it gives all the more time to focus on the quality of spirits we produce. We open ferment in wooden hogsheads, distill in a direct fired pot still, and give new meaning to the phrase "labor-of-love." If you've ever had a desire to see how whiskey used to be made we are about as close as you are ever going to get.
